Payment Terms

Deposit
A NON REFUNDABLE booking deposit of 20% of the price is required to guarantee a reservation of the cake.

Method of Payment

Payment can be accomplished in the following methods: 

1). Online payment through Xtra Sweet website. 

2). By zelle or Wechat payment if the client places the order through Wechat. 

3). By cash if the client places the order in store.

Cancellation

If the client needs to cancel the cake, clients must notice Xtra Sweet along with any required

cancellation fee described below, to effect cancellation.

After Xtra Sweet receives the cake reservation, all staff are committing time and resources to

this order and thus cancellation would result in loss of income and loss of business opportunities

in an amount that is hard to precisely calculate. Therefore, the following cancellation limitations

will apply.

If the client requests cancellation 15 days or more before the pick up date, Xtra Sweet shall be

entitled to 0% of the total cost.

If the client requests cancellation 3 days or more before the pick up date, Xtra Sweet shall be

entitled to 20% of the total cost.

If the client requests cancellation at the pick up date, Xtra Sweet shall be entitled to 50% 

of the total cost.

Expedite Fee

No expedite fee for 4 days or more

3 Days (15% Expedite Fee)

2 Days (20% Expedite Fee)

1 Day (25% Expedite Fee)
